How can I import conversations into my account sooner? How can I manually update my Zendesk QA connection?

Answer

Zendesk QA automatically imports conversations from your help desk every four to six hours. However, you can manually trigger the import sooner within your account.

To manually update a connection:

  1. Click your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the header
  2. Select Settings
  3. Under Account, select Connections
  4. Find the connection you want to update and click the Edit connection icon
