How can I import conversations into my account sooner? How can I manually update my Zendesk QA connection?
Answer
Zendesk QA automatically imports conversations from your help desk every four to six hours. However, you can manually trigger the import sooner within your account.
To manually update connection
- Select Settings
- Select Toggle sidebar icon
- Under Account, select Connections
- Find the connection. Click on the three dots to the right of the status
- Select Manually update connection
This option is available to non-migrated accounts, which access QA under the kibbles URL. For more Zendesk specific information, see this article: Zendesk.

Hi Team,
Sometimes we see the connection with the status “Update failed” but after a few hours is back to “Active”.
What does this exactly mean?
