Can we delete attachments on more than 1 ticket?

 

I ran this for 1 ticket but can a script be formulated to delete a bulk of ticket numbers with attachments?

Hello,

Joining the question above. I can develop a script to retrieve the comment IDs and external URLs, but I’d like to know if there is a way to execute the "comment_redactions" action in bulk. This would help minimize API calls, as I need to process approximately 3,000 tickets per month. Any guidance on optimizing this workflow would be greatly appreciated
