What's new in Zendesk: December 2024

These features are great but there a few basics missing:

1- Dark Mode

2- Brand specific admins in Guide (this is insane that we don't have)

3- CSAT Voice survey (another basic gap)

4- Ability to filter the Zendesk Talk dashboard by timezone (insanely basic)

When will agents be able to increase the volume of the dialer? It's currently too low :(

Still waiting on dark mode. I thought it was coming this year…

Why Zendesk can't develop native Browser notifications for tickets? It is such a basic feature and everyone has to additionally pay for third party browser extensions in order to know when new tickets arrive?

Are we getting any closer to having a Dark Mode?  This is probably the biggest feature folks are waiting on.
