We’re excited to announce that the AI agents - Advanced add-on UI is now available in 5 additional languages: Brazilian Portuguese, French, German, Japanese, and Spanish.

What's changing?
Until recently, customers with AI agents - Advanced couldn’t view the add-on UI in any language other than English. These customers could use the Zendesk Admin Center in the language of their choice, but AI agents - Advanced always defaulted to English.
We‘re now making the AI agents - Advanced UI available in 5 additional languages: Brazilian Portuguese, French, German, Japanese, and Spanish. Depending on the language setting of each user in the language dropdown field in their user profile, these users can experience the entire AI agents - Advanced UI in one of the above languages.
Why is Zendesk making this change?
With this release, customers can experience the AI agents - Advanced add-on in their own language, delivering a better localized experience.
What do I need to do?
If you’re already using Zendesk in any one of the five languages mentioned above, then the AI agents - Advanced add-on will automatically appear in the language that you’ve set. For information on setting the language for your whole account, see Setting the default language for your account.
