I try to use the messaging feature on our help center. There is one concern about the messaging.
I have implemented SSO in our help center. So I wanted to make a user see different scenarios along signed in conditions.
However, I couldn't make those scenarios with basic features in the messaging. I found that end-users have to put their additional information such as e-mail, name, etc on the chatbot again even they have already signed in on the help center! In addition to this, there are no references on Zendesk help center.
Please let me know how to make this up if Zendesk team looks at this post. I think this subject could be raised frequently in the past.
