My client uses a smooch chat messager to support the customers.
I want to display a proactive message on my widget like "We apologize for *****." in different languages based on "visitor Country code". I tried on https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4409147863450 based on this article. But this is working on the "Zopim chat" widget. But I'm using smooch chat flow. How do I go through this anyone, please give suggestions on this?
