How do I export my data and reports from all of the Zendesk products?

I see articles about exporting tickets but what about importing tickets from another help desk service?

That does help and I've seen that core api import article but I don't see where you would upload said JSON file in ZenDesk

Is there any recommendations of third-party apps to export/import csv date from guide articles?

I shouldn't have to upgrade my plan to export my data .. thats stupid.

Hello, everyone! Until yesterday, I was able to export the attached report in the image. I need this report in a daily basis to follow-up some actions in my team. Do you know any reasos why the export option is not appearing anymore today?
