Where is the data export option?
Note: The ability to export data to a JSON, CSV, or XML file is limited to admins on the account and agents with a custom role that has export permissions.
Export reports from Explore

Export data from Sell

Exporting data from Guide

That does help and I've seen that core api import article but I don't see where you would upload said JSON file in ZenDesk

Export is only available on Professional and Enterprise Support plans. With this feature, you can export ticket information as CSVs and configure GoodData for Zendesk. Upgrade to a Zendesk Support Professional or Enterprise plan now. "
