Question
How can I view a list of my suspended end users without exporting account information?
Answer
It is possible to view suspended users in a few ways.
Firstly, you can view suspended users by selecting the Delete end users option from the people page in the admin center. This will show a list of all end users within your account and you can filter for suspended users.
To navigate to this page
- Open the Admin Center
- Navigate to People
- Under Bulk Actions, click Delete end users
- Select Filter by: Only Suspended Users to see the list of suspended users
Using advanced search
Alternatively, you can use the advanced search function with the following search operator:
is_suspended:true role:Agent
When the results are returned, select the Users column.
For more information on using advanced search, see the article: Using Zendesk Support advanced search.

Better adding the comments to the article.
"is_suspended:true role:Agent" (for listing the Agent users that are suspended )

Lol...
The really worst thing is that the TW team at ZD even don't bother to add it to their own article...
I see posts from 3 years ago with some answers on the 12th page of comments, and they got missed by customers.

If there's one thing I love about this job, it's letting our documentation team know about ways they can improve our help center articles. (Seriously... I really do love that.) To that end, I'll let our team know about your tip here, and also, whenever you find useful info that you think we should add to our docs, do let us know – thanks!

When trying to sort by "Suspended" column, page returns a Database error. See attached:

It appears that this database error is still happening. Also, it's baffling that there are no other filters on the bulk delete page.

In Explore there are attributes called "Requester role" which we use as filter on “"End-user” and the attribute "Requester status", with the options Active, Deleted, Null AND Suspended. But for some reason, the suspended option never yields any results, even though we have hundreds of suspended users whom we can clearly see through advanced search.
Why is this?
