AI agents are currently available on a trial basis. New pricing will be implemented on July 10, 2024.
- For customers who start using AI agents on or after April 16, 2024, pricing will be applied starting July 10, 2024.
- For customers already using Zendesk bots before April 16, 2024, new pricing will be applied on the first account renewal date after July 10, 2024.
Zendesk measures your AI agent usage by calculating the number of automated resolutions you consume each month. The Automated resolutions dashboard keeps track of your usage, which can help you determine whether your plan-based automated resolution allotment meets your needs. See About automated resolutions for more information on how automated resolutions are calculated.
Note: Currently, the information and configuration options on the automated resolutions dashboard are limited. More capabilities and data will be available when the automated resolution pricing model goes into effect.
To view the dashboard

In Admin Center, click Account in the sidebar, then select Usage > Automated resolutions.
The automated resolutions usage dashboard includes basic information about your recent automated resolution consumption.
- 30-day summary displays the number of automated resolutions used in the last 30 days.
- Automated resolutions breakdown displays a chart tracking the number of automated resolutions used per day in the last 30 days. Use the drop-down menu to change the time span covered in the breakdown.
