How long will Zendesk QA keep my conversation data?
Answer
Conversations are retained for one year by default. When setting up a connection to a help desk, you can select a retention period to specify how long Zendesk QA will keep your conversation data. The retention period options are one month, three months, six months, or one year.
This period is calculated from when the conversation was last updated within your help desk.
When conversations reach the end of the default or selected retention period, conversation content and conversation metadata like external tags, details of the end user, and information fields like status, group or channel are removed.
Data that will remain includes reviews with comments, ratings, reactions, disputes, and AutoQA ratings.
