Zendesk is pleased to announce the launch of product trial sandboxes.

What is changing?
Product Trial Sandbox allows you to trial different Zendesk plans, add-ons, and features with your existing account's configurations and key data without affecting your production account.
Previously, trials of this nature happened in production accounts.
Why is Zendesk making this change?
We heard customer concerns about risks associated with trialing different plans, add-ons, and features in production accounts. By making trials available in sandboxes, we're eliminating that risk and setting customers up for more success with plan, add-on, and feature changes they want to make to their account.
What do I need to do?
If you currently have a Zendesk Suite Growth plan or above or Support Enterprise plan, you can contact Zendesk Sales or Zendesk Customer Support to assess a Zendesk plan, add-on, or feature in a trial sandbox.
