Is it possible to exclude certain tickets from the subscription.

For example tickets with a certain tag.

 

Why would we want to exclude: there are auto generated tickets and are to inform our support proactivly, now they also receive these e-mails.

As mentioned before, this should be part of explore for reporting.

Why is this not on the short term roadmap, clearly a lot of people want this. First post was  a couple of years ago. So this is already long term.

Hi Camilo, we solved this by changing the view to unassigned tickets and tickets assigned to the active user only

We are transforming our service desk and are now testing the flow when working with the play button.

This came up as one of the first remarks. So upvoted!

Is there a setting somewhere that makes it mandatory to enter a comment when skipping a ticket? Currently they can leave this field blank and go to the next ticket.
