Hi Sean,

As long as the highlighted field is a Drop-down, it is supported to be added into the formatting option columns in views. As mentioned in this article, “Multi-select fields are not supported.”

Why did Zendesk change the Views UI to show total ticket tallies for Shared and Personal views, and make them collapsible? These changes seem to reduce usability rather than improve it. It would be helpful to have the option to disable these features.

After creating an Organization and then setting up the views, can I restrict some Admins from viewing tickets of that Organization?

Hello! How do I use `AND` and `OR` operators for various conditions? For example, `(Ticket: Brand is MyBrand AND Assignee is Someone) OR (Ticket: Brand is MyOtherBrand AND Assignee is SomeoneElse)`?
This example doesn't seem to be achievable with “must meet all of these” and “can meet any of these” condition groups currently available.

Hola 1265076357430, para reordenar todas las vistas en la misma página puedes editar la URL de la página de Vistas y cambiar el elemento “per_page=100” para “per_page=1000”, por ejemplo. Saludos!

Buenos días,

Desde hace un tiempo no puedo organizar las vistas en el orden que me gustaría porque solo puedo modificar las que, por orden de creación, están en la primera página (y en la edición de este órden no me deja avanzar a siguientes).

Si utilizo el filtro del nombre de la vista y trato de modificar la posición como siempre lo había hecho esta función no está disponible.

¿Cómo puedo, entonces, mostrar como destacadas vistas que he creado recientemente?.

I'm also seeing that Channel has suddenly disappeared as an option from new and existing views. Hopefully this was pushed to production in error, all of our views have been disabled by this change.

I am not seeing Channel as an option in the criteria build for new views. Was there a reason this option was taken away?

Hi Stephanie,
 
The status badge in Views are hard coded in the system and can't be removed. If the interface changed, it's possible that one of your Admins enabled the Custom Ticket Status. Kindly consider disabling this feature and deselect the "Turn on" Customize ticket statuses to go back to the previous interface.
