If the Email User action is used and the User then replies, where does this get captured? Should it create a new ticket? Right now it seems to go no where and no error email is sent back to the user.

Jacquelyn Brewer my decimal object is not available for a trigger action. But in the above it indicates we can specify a value for that object type.
