I have a question regarding a third-party app. What can I do to find support?

Third-party apps are neither managed nor supported by Zendesk. Each third-party app has its own author and support. Reach out to the app support directly for help.
To find who owns an app from the Marketplace, use the search and open the app of your choice. From the app page:
- Below App details, the Author field will show who manages the app.
- Click Contact Us to email the app author.
Zendesk is committed to maintaining a reliable platform that functions as outlined in our documentation. If an app author or integration developer suspects the Zendesk platform is not operating as expected, they should contact our support team for direct assistance.
If you notice any unexpected behavior from the Zendesk platform, provide the following details to help identify and resolve the issue promptly:
- Identify the specific feature or API endpoint in use
- Note the response returned, including the HTTP status code and response body
- Describe how the observed behavior differs from the documentation
- Provide timestamps or specific examples of occurrences within the past 30 days
- List specific steps to reproduce the issue if applicable
Points 1 to 4 are necessary for our Support team to investigate further. If the issue cannot reproduce in a test or developer instance of Zendesk, the Support team can work with the developer to discuss examples from customer accounts by obtaining written permission from an admin of the customer instance before sharing any examples.
