Unable to authenticate the user using JWT ios
AbgeschlossenHey there, we are implementing JWT authentication in our iOS app, using the uniifed sdk. Everything supposed to be implemented from server side, mobile side and zendesk dashboard but we are not getting any hit from zendesk to our servers,

Juraj or Areeg, did you manage to figure out what the issue is? I'm hitting the exact same thing. Seems like everything is set up correct, but Zendesk isn't even hitting our backend. Any help would be appreciated!
