Can you help me understand the rationale for migrating Zendesk Sell reporting out of Explore? We've spent hours building out dashboards that will now have to be recreated. This seems out of character to separate products rather than moving toward deeper integration.

With the removal of the Sell Datasets from Explore what improvements are going to be made within the Sell reporting? There are various fields within Explore that are not readily available in the Sell report features. We have several summary and activity based detail in Explore that I can not pull easily from Sell reports. I really am hopeful that there is an expansion of Sell reporting prior to this disconnection in January of 2024.

Hello , 

Is there any way that only admins can view in the reports-emai outcomes the full list of sellers emails sent?

What I want is if a seller whats to check their email quantities that all the rest of the team is hidden and they can only visualise their own data. 

currently I can see everyone ( im admin ) , but at the same time all sellers can just go to report  and email outcomes and see how everyone else is doing.
