We’re excited to announce that you can now track important help center activation and security updates in the audit log. The audit log saves the record of your help center changes indefinitely, so you will be able to look back and find changes in the help center, starting from today.
This announcement answers the following questions:

What is changing?
We introduced help center changes in the audit log so that you can audit core changes in your help center’s integrity. These are the changes you can monitor:
- Help center activation/deactivation
- Community activation/deactivation
- Enabling/updating user profiles
- Display unsafe content turned on/turned off
- Require sign-in turned on/turned off
What do I need to do?
You don’t need to take any action. These events will automatically show up in your audit log. For more information on using the audit log, see Viewing the audit log for changes.
How will this affect me?
If you are an Enterprise customer you’ll see this functionality in your account by the end of the rollout the latest.
