Upon reading the Zendesk Export documentation. I was under the impression that we could select any data range required and a file would be created covering this time period to include tickets, ticket comments, time received, etc. However, based on the Zendesk Support response I am told a different story. My software partner does not need data from 2019 and sorting through all that. We simply need a function within JSON or any other file format to pull data from a select date range in order to perform our analysis. Can you provide a solution? Thank you!
