    What is the difference between a Support team of 3 Agents and Guide Professional of 3 agents; do we need both or only one.

    Hello Tranquility,

    Thanks for reaching out! Guide and Support are two different products, but they are reliant on each other. You can have Support agents without Guide, but any agents with Guide would need to have Support as well.
