Announcing improved readability of contact attributes in Sell

We are announcing changes to the look and feel of the contact attributes column on the contact details page of Sell. This change improves the readability of the person and company attributes and is in line with the changes to the deal details page released earlier.

This announcement answers the following questions:

What’s changing, and why?

We have refreshed the contact attributes column on the contact page in Sell. This brings more consistency to how information across Sell and other Zendesk products is presented, and improves readability (the field labels now display above the field values). 

The Deal pages were updated in June, and for now, the Lead pages will keep their existing look. 

How will this affect me?

You’ll see the updated contact attributes column on your contact pages, for both person and company contacts. We’re not changing the functionality of contact attributes, only their visual treatment.

What do I need to do?

You don't need to do anything. This update is automatically rolling out to all Sell accounts.
