How do you assign an agent to a location? I can't seem to find an option for that. I have 5 different locations.

Inside Location, you need to create shifts and then add agents to the shifts under locations.

I added the shift, but now I don't know how to add the agent to the specific location.

BEside Intraday Variant, you should be able to find the Agents tab and then you can add agents from this tab

I see that and it says 0, but I have agents in the system attached to teams etc.

You need to add agents to the locations regardless of their team.

That what I'm trying to do. That's the whole point of this message :). I can't add agents to the locations. I don't know how.

Please ensure that the agent is active on Tymeshift by checking them under agent permissions

I would like to pull WFM data, specifically to retrieve attendance reports for agents within the WFM system. Could you please guide me on where I can find the relevant Public API that I can use to extract this data via API?

it is not at all clear in the current documentation how time zone settings [account, location, user] affect different aspects of the software - namely scheduling and PTO requests.

 

Can we please get the documentation updated to reflect how this all interacts; as soon as possible. Thank you
