I have added all of the conditional formatting to the default contact us form.
On a number of the contact reasons I want the customer to be able to view the same conditional formatting.
For example, They will only see the 'About' field which has the main reason for contact.
If they select 'I want a refund' I would like an additional field to then show where they select the reason for a refund and can then write in the description field any more information they want to tell us and then submit the ticket. The formatting is working in the agent workspace but on the contact form its pulling through all of the fields we have included in the conditional formatting irrelevent of the reason for contact..... Can anybody help?!
