Custom Status
Hi,
does this EAP allow us to do Custom Status?
i.e. Agent set "Away - Ticket" we want to know which ticket he is working with, so he may can add a custom reason? So we know during the day in which tickets he worked?
Or will this EAP auto detect it?

Hi Tobias,
Custom states are not available as part of this EAP but will be added in H2 of this year.
