I don't want to use the chat widget on my website but I do want to provide my customers with a live chat option. Is it possible to create a direct link to a separate chat window to send to my customers?
Yes. Use the URL below to create a direct link to your chat:
- For phase 3 and 4 chat accounts use
Replace the subdomain from the URL with your Zendesk subdomain.
- For phase 1 chat use
<ACCOUNT_KEY> from your account.
&locale=[language code]to the end of the URL. For example, to set the language to English add
