We have noticed a problem that started in the last few months with the Zendesk Android App.
When we receive a new ticket and open the app and apply a macro to pickup the ticket the macro defaults to an "internal note" instead of a public reply even though the macro is setup to default to a public reply.
We have tried to recreate the macro and the same problem remains.
We also have users running the iPhone app and they don't seem to have the same problem.
Has anyone else seen this problem?
