How can I bulk delete closed tickets?

I have a large number of closed tickets that I want to delete. How can I bulk delete closed tickets?

Answer

Closed tickets cannot be deleted from views or profiles. Instead, use one of these options:

• Create a deletion schedule and delete archived tickets after a specified period of time
• If you have developers, delete closed tickets by using the API and the Bulk Delete Tickets endpoint
• Consider using third-party apps from the Marketplace
