Product Spotlight - The ultimate place to find out more about Zendesk's latest and greatest features and releases.

Zendesk User Groups - User-led gatherings for those using or interested in Zendesk. They facilitate knowledge exchange and are organized based on location, role, or subject area. Events, run by volunteers, can be in-person, virtual, or hybrid. The aim is to connect Zendesk users with similar queries, promoting mutual learning and network expansion.

Zendesk Luminaries - A community of Zendesk enthusiasts engaging in knowledge sharing activities, which include speaking at Zendesk events, helping others with their expertise, and much more. Participants can establish themselves as thought leaders or expert users, thus supporting others to leverage the benefits of Zendesk in their daily operations.

Community code of conduct - The Zendesk Community is a collaborative platform for users to learn and share within various sections of the Zendesk Help Center. Participants are required to adhere to a "Community Code of Conduct" promoting respectful, sincere, and helpful exchanges.
