O Zendesk não dá suporte para códigos personalizados, mas você pode ou conversar com seu time de desenvolvimento para realizar as alterações ou trocar ideias nos posts indicados.

Muitos comentários, inclusive de erros. Isso deveria ser algo nativo do Zendesk, a proposta para o guide não contemplar que o usuário consiga navegar nativamente por todos os artigos postados é uma falha terrível além de ser antiquado.
Qual a melhor forma que consigo contornar isso? O suporte do Zendesk pode auxiliar?

Nativamente isso não é possível, mas você pode verificar estes posts na nossa comunidade onde alguns clientes juntamente com nosso time discutem a melhor solução via edição de código Display all articles on category page e List all articles for each section(s) on the same category page.

Ele só exibe 30 artigos e tenho mais.

Unfortunately, we still don't have a tool to manage outdated/archived links. At the moment, this needs to be done manually. This is a good feature request and I'd like to encourage you to post this on our product feedback page.

If we are planning to archive an article, how can we see where all it is referenced in our guide to re-direct those links to the now archrived article?

Hi Chris Boerger, thanks for the question. While the plan filters are not a native Guide function, they can be set up with a little HTML trickery. I've set up an article in our tips and tricks section detailing how to do this. Please do let us know if you have any problems with it.
